Good taste and health comes in a combo with the Fortune product RICE BRAN HEALTH OIL..It’s been a couple of days since my previous oil canisters have been replaced by the nutritive healthy one –FORTUNE RICE BRAN HEALTH OIL(extra benefit of saving a penny too).

Sprouted Moong(parboiled) 1 cup
Baked beans 1/2 cup
Boiled american corn 1/2 cup
Chopped parboiled vegetables ( capsicum,french beans) 1/2 cup
White sauce 1/2 cup
chopped onion 1 tbsp
red chilli sauce 1tbsp
Fortune Rice Bran Oil 2 tbsp
chat masala 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
How to prepare White sauce
Heat 1tbsp butter and 1 tbsp of FORTUNE RICE BRAN HEALTH OIL for 2 mins add 1 1/2 cup of milk(at room temperature) ,2 tbsp grated cheese and salt to taste ..I gave a little twist my adding chopped mint leaves .
Put FORTUNE RICE BRAN HEALTH OIL in a pan .Saute chopped onions and garlic ,add boiled vegetables ,red chilli sauce ,salt,chat masala ,corn kernels,baked beans and sprouted moong .Mix well .Then add white sauce and cook for two mins.Serve hot .
You can add mushrooms if you like, you can add red and yellow capsicum to make it colorful ( depends on the availability) Garnish with mint leaves. If you don’t like mint flavor you can use coriander leaves.
