Advertisements Share this:FacebookEmailGoogleLike this:Like Loading... Related 16 Comments Such a different take on the prompt …. lovely !!! I like the thought of the meadow witnessing to the couple. Ah. That’s life. I’ve seen meadows witnessing the opposite, as lovers became united in its presence. But I’m sure it’d have seen a fair share of heartbreaks too. Imagine what a meadow’s seen… I’m blushing. A touch tragic, I think. Sad. The journey from “ever after” to “never” can be so short sometimes. And that meadow bears silent witness. It is so romantic to think of having a green witness. Too bad the vows were broken! I like your “outside the box” approach. I like this very much. To think of the places we go as witness to our joys and sorrows. Very nicely done. A meadow has seen a lot I think … love, sadness, anger and friendship … and much more. Nice haiku. nice write and nice picture, something quite peaceful about it The meadow’s seen it all. Guess she has quite a collection of stories throughout the ages. Ouch!!! Outstanding… The state of being in and out of love… Beautiful!!! http://locomente.blogspot.in/2012/09/cherished-moments.html A beautiful take on the prompt Meadows witness many things…and tell no tales!
